【Abstract】 The early embryonic development of Rana rugulosa was studied at water temperature of 18～23℃.The course, from its fertilized egg stage to operculum completely closed stage, may be divided into 25 stages,which totally take about 126 hours.Their external morphological characteristics in various stages were similar to other species of Ranidae.But a few of the specific characteristics in fertilized egg stage and 8-blastomere stage were shown in the paper.更多还原
