【Abstract】 Disinfectants are often used in marine fish seed production. The toxicity of alkylphenoxy poly (oxyetenlene) ethanol, Na - hypochloride, hydrogen peroxide, benzalkonium bromide to the yellowtail (Seriola dumerili) eggs was tested. The eggs were numbered and immersed in disinfectants at 251 for 15min. The toxicity was judged by hatch rate after 24h. The half lethal cocentrations (LC50) are 9.7ppm, 1.9ppm, 707.95μL/L, 10μ L/L disrespectively.更多还原
