【摘要】 为了避免个体差异，在 ６ 窝仔猪中每窝选择 ４ 只，共 ２４ 只仔猪随机分成对照组（１２ 只）和试验组（１２只）．仔猪出生第二天开始灌服复合菌制剂（试验组）和生理盐水（对照组），以后每 ２ ｄ 灌服 １ 次，直至断奶（２８日龄），第 ３０ 日龄采血检测．研究结果表明，复合菌制剂能极显著提高哺乳仔猪淋巴细胞转化率（４６．５０％ ）、吞噬细胞吞墨率（３２．７５％ ）、 Ｔ淋巴细胞总数（ Ｃ Ｄ３，６１．６７％ ）、血清 Ｉｇ Ａ（２．０９５ ｇ· Ｌ－ １）和 Ｉｇ Ｇ（７．３２３ ｇ· Ｌ－ １）水平（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１），但对 Ｉｇ Ｍ （１．４１６ ｇ· Ｌ－ １）、 Ｃ３（０．２２５８ ｇ· Ｌ－ １）和 Ｃ４（０．１５８３ ｇ· Ｌ－ １）没有显著影响（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５）．试验结果说明了复合菌制剂能显著增强哺乳仔猪细胞免疫和体液免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Tw enty four piglets selected from 6 farrow s, 4 piglets from each farrow , w ere divided random lyinto 2 groups: treatm ent group(12) and controlgroup(12). The piglets of treatm entand controlgroups w ererespectively orally adm inistrated w ith com plex live bacterialpreparation( C L B P) and saline solusion at 2 daysold,later adm inistrations w ere done every 2 days, up to 28 days old. The results show ed that the m ass con centration of serum Ig A(2.095 g· L- 1) and Ig G(7.323 g· L- 1), lym phoblast transform ation rate (46.5% ),leucocytic phagocytosis activity (32.75% ) and total num m er of T lym phocyte ( C D3, 61.67% ) w ere signifi cantly higher in treatm ent group than those in controlgroup( P< 0.01) by the adm inistration of C L B P. Them ass concentration ofserum Ig M , C3 and C4 of treatm ent group w ere not significantly increased(( P> 0.05) ascom pared w ith the controlone. It w as concluded thatboth the cell m ediated im m unity and hum oralim m unityof piglets w ere strengthened by the adim inistration of C L B P.更多还原
