二元酚类化合物的流动注射化学发光抑制分析法
FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS OF POLYPHENOLS WITH INHIBITED CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETECTION
【摘要】 发现邻苯二酚、对叔丁基邻苯二酚、对苯二酚、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸对Co2+催化的鲁米诺-过氧化氢化学发光反应有较强的抑制作用,在此基础上建立了四种二元酚类化合物的流动注射化学发光抑制分析法.该法简单、快速、灵敏度高,可用于皮摩尔水平的二元酚类化合物的检测.通过对反应条件、化学发光光谱、紫外吸收光谱的研究,对二元酚类化合物的化学发光抑制作用机理进行了探讨,提出了抑制反应的可能通道
【Abstract】 It was found that catechol, p t butylpyrocatechol, hydroquinone and protocatechuic acid inhibited chemiluminescence from luminol H 2O 2 Co 2+ reaction. On this basis, a flow injection procedure combined with inhibited chemiluminescence detection was developed for the determination of these compounds. The method is fast, simple and sensitive. These polyphenols were detectable at picomolar levels. Furthermore, the mechanism of chemiluminescence inhibition by polyphenols was proposed to be due to the reaction between polyphenol and radical intermediates of chemiluminescent reaction.
