InGaP光学微盘的显微荧光图像观测及分析
OBSERVATION AND ANALYSIS OF MICROSCOPIC FLUORESCENT IMAGE OF InGaP OPTICAL MICRODISKS
【摘要】 利用一套CCD显微荧光图像观测和采集分析系统,分别在室温和液氮温度下对半径为5μm发射波长0.65μm的InGaP半导体光学微盘的荧光图像进行了观测.在绿光激发下,观测到沿InGaP微盘边缘内侧有一明亮的红色荧光光环和某些特征,表明InGaP光学微盘中存在以回音壁模式为主导的多种模式混合的模式结构
【Abstract】 The fluorescence image of the semiconductor InGaP microdisk is observed and analyzed by a CCD fluorescence microscope system. Under green light excitation, a bright red ring of fluorescence near the edge of microdisk together with some features is observed. As a result, the images reveal the optical disk mode pattern in our InGaP microdisks dominated by Whispering Gallery modes mixed with other modes.
