脉冲激光烧蚀金属氧化物的发光光谱
An Emission Spectrometric Study on Pulsed Laser Ablation of Metallic Oxides
【摘要】 研究了355nm脉冲激光烧蚀La2O3,MnO2,LiMn2O4,La0.67Ca0.33MnO3等金属氧化物体系产物的发光光谱,观察到了激发态La,La+,LaO以及Mn等粒子的发光谱线或港带.在O2和Ar气氛中,各话线(带)的强度都有所增加.在距离靶表面较近处,各谱线(带)的强度随探测距离的增加而增加;而在稍远处,各港城(带)强度迅速下降.激光能量密度的增加可以改变现状物中La+,La和LaO的相对强度.对多组分金属氧化物激光烧蚀的结果与单组分金属氧化物类似.
【Abstract】 The emission spectra of the products of laser ablation of La2O3, MnO2, LiMn2O4, La0.67 Ca0.33 MnO3 targets at 355 nm has been investigated. The optical emission lines or bands of excited La,La+,LaO,Mn and the other ablated species are observed. The intensities of all spectrum lines (bands) increase a bit in the ambient gases of O2 and Ar. With the increasing of detection distance,emission intensities of ablated species increase at the vicinity to the target surface,the intensities decrease dramatical1y at longer distance. The relative intensities of La,Lao and La+ in the feather will change with increasing of the laser nuence. The optical emission behaviors of ablated species for the laser ablation of multi-component metallic oxides are similar to those of single-component oxides.
