Eu3+∶Y2SiO5晶体的格位选择光谱研究

【摘要】 在室温和液氨温度下, 测量并研究了 Eu3+ ∶ Y2 Si O5 晶体的透射光谱, 荧光光谱, 激发光谱和格位选择荧光光谱. 实验结果表明, 在该晶体中 Eu3+ 替换 Y3+ 离子, 占据 2 个不等价的 C1 光学格位, 这 2 个格位的5 D0 7 F0 能级跃迁谱线相隔大约只有 0.2 nm .并用 X 射线对晶体的晶格常数 a,b,c 和晶面角度 β进行了测量,测量结果显示掺杂后的晶格常数和未掺杂 Y2 Si O5 的晶格常数基本一致.

【Abstract】 The transmission spectrum,fluorescence spectrum,excitation spectrum and site selective fluorescence spectrum of the Eu 3+ ∶Y 2SiO 5 crystal were observed at room temperature and 77 K. It has been found that Eu 3+ ions occupy two kinds of the Y 3+ sites with low symmetry in this crystal. The difference of the wavelengths of the two Eu 3+ sites for 7F 0→ 5D 0 Transition is about 0.2 nm. In addition the two sites were nonequivalent optical ones at 77 K. Crystal lattice constants a,b,c, and β of Eu 3+ ∶Y 2SiO 5 were also measured by the X ray diffraction method. The results show that the lattice constants a,b, and c of the crystal doped with Eu 3+ ions are very close to those of the Y 2SiO 5,undoped crystal.
