【摘要】 目的　为了将出生4 个月内婴儿的母乳喂养率提高到2000 年的80 % 。　方法　在试点社区通过干预前调查,找出问题,进行干预,再通过终未调查评估干预措施的可行性。　结果　试点社区内爱婴医院的服务质量提高,母亲接受母乳喂养知识和指导的效果得到改进,最终纯母乳喂养率和母乳喂养率均显著提高,出生后4个月内的母乳喂养率达到83 .2 % 。　结论　①保证爱婴医院爱婴制度的落实;②发挥社区妇幼保健医生的骨干作用;③大力开展社区的母乳喂养健康教育,是促进4 个月内婴儿母乳喂养成功的有效措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote breastfeeding(BF) rate for babies under 4 month to 80% in 2000 years. Methods The feasibility of intervention was evaluated through a series of measure; primary investigation, finding problems; taking intervention and final evaluation. Results The service quality of baby friendly hospital was risen in the pilot community, and the effect of BF knowledge education and instruction for mothers was promoted in the same community changes. As a result, the rate of pure BF and BF in the pilot community has been risen considerably, and the rate of BF of babies under 4 month reaches 83.2%. Conclusions ①To perfect the system of baby friendly hospital,②To give play the backbone role of mother and child health doctors in the community,③To develop the health education of BF in community energetically, which was the successful measure of BF babies under 4 month.更多还原
