微量血25-（OH）D3及相关指标在婴幼儿佝偻病诊断中的评价
Evaluation of 25（OH）D3 in Trace Blood and Relevant Indices in Diagnosis of Rickets in Infants.
【摘要】 目的 探讨婴幼儿维生素Ｄ 缺乏性佝偻病的早期诊断。 方法 应用微量末稍血测定血清２５（ ＯＨ）Ｄ３ 和相关指标，对２４８ 名０ ～３ 岁儿童进行调查。 结果 ２５（ＯＨ） Ｄ３、ＡＬＰ、ＡＬＰ３ 无性别差异，在每半年一个年龄组分组中，以０ ～６ 月龄组婴幼儿的２５（ＯＨ） Ｄ３ 最低，而ＡＬＰ、ＡＬＰ３ 明显升高。 结论 各项指标与佝偻病组比较分析，以２５（ ＯＨ）Ｄ３ 对佝偻病的诊断最准确，确诊的时间最早。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the diagnosis of Vitamin D deficiency rickets of infant in early stage. Methods Serum 25 (OH)D 3 with trace peripheral blood and relevant indices were determed in 248 children aged 0～3years . Results There was no significant difference in the levels of 25 (OH)D 3,ALP and ALP 3 between male dnd female.The 25 (OH)D 3 level of group aged 0～6 ms were the lowest.In other hand,ALP and ALP 3 levels were obviously higher than other groups among 248 children from 0 to 3 years. Conculsion The level of 25 (OH)D 3 was the most accuate and earliest diagnostic index compared with relevant indices.
