【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童单纯性肥胖症的危险因素。　方法　采用１ １ 配对法对１６０ 例０ ～６ 岁肥胖儿童进行了研究。　结果　①小儿肥胖的发生与父母超重、婴儿出生体重过大、摄食量过多有关，但与４ 个月内喂养方式、睡眠及运动时间无关；②家长对肥胖的认识与儿童肥胖的发生有关；③肥胖儿童血压明显高于正常儿童。　结论　儿童期肥胖与遗传、家庭因素和食物摄入过多有关，儿童期肥胖有引起高血压的危险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the risk factors of child obesity. Methods Case control study was used in 160 children aged 0～6 years by 1:1 matched. Results ①Overweight of parents, high brith weight and overeating are the risk factors of child obesity,but feeding pattern during the first 4 months of birth,the duration of sleep and activity were not different between the two groups;②The knowledge of parents on obesity was connected with the child obesity;③The blood pressure of children with obesity was higher than normal children. Conclusion Child obesity was related to genetic factors,familial factors and overeating,it is a risk factor of hypertension.更多还原
