【摘要】 目的：探讨中鼻甲的处理方式与鼻内窥镜手术的关系。方法：对１９９５～１９９７年手术并随访６个月以上的１６９例完整资料，按照ＦＥＳＳ－９５广州标准对保留中鼻甲（Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型一期６１例）和部分切除中鼻甲（Ⅱ型二、三期和Ⅲ型１０８例）两组病人进行分析。结果：１６９例（２８０侧）中，治愈２０８侧（７４．３％）；好转５０侧（１７．９％）；无效２２侧（７．９％）。结论：对不同分期的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行鼻内窥镜手术时，合理地处理中鼻甲是保证疗效的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Objective.The relationship between management of the middle turbinates and transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery was studied.Methods.One hundred and sixty nine patients (280 sides) with chronic sinusitis or/and nasal polyps were treated by endoscopic surgery from 1995 to 1997.The middle turbinates were not excised in 61 cases (stage Ⅰ) and were patly excised in 108 cases (stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ).All patients were followed up for 6 months.The clinical data were analyzed according to FESS ’95 Guangzhou Criterion.Result.Of 169 cases (280 sides),208 sides (74 3%) were cured,50 sides (17 9%) improved,and 22 sides (7 9%) invalid.Conclusion.Props management of the middle turbinates in transnasal endoscopic sinusitis surgery for treating different stage of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps was essential to ensure curative effect.更多还原
