交错扬扬格词试验与程控助听器选配

【摘要】 本文对35例重度听力异常老年人进行交错扬扬格词(staggeredspondaicword,SSW)测试,研究其在助听器选配中的应用价值。结果发现:老年人对SSW反应准确性下降和反应偏倚增加,主要与老年人的听中枢功能障碍、认知功能缺陷有关;这是其助听效果较差的主要原因。总校正SSW(correct-edstaggeredspondaicword,C-SSW)和每耳的C-SSW与助听效果之间具有显著相关性;其中,每耳的C-SSW与助听效果的直线回归方程为Y=21.368±0.608X,两者符合率为94.3%。说明听中枢功能障碍者,助听言语辨别率下降,C-SSW可预测助听效果。本文亦对助听器选配的科学性及影响因素进行探讨。

【Abstract】 The paper studied SSW (staggered spondaic word) for programmablehearing aid fitting of 35 cases with bilateral severe sensorineural hearing loss. Results revealed that the older adults of hearing loss evidenced a decrease in response accuracy andan increase in response variability,they were mainly related to deficits in central auditoryprocessing disorders and cognitive function;as was the reason why aided effect of theolder adults was worse. Significant correlation was found between C-SSW (corrected SSW) of each ear and its aided effect,the correspondent ratio of C-SSW and aided effectwas 94. 3%, it suggested speech recognition scores (SRS) decreased in patients withcentral auditory function disorders,and C-SSW scores could predict aided effect. The objectivity of hearing aids fitting was also discussed.
