珍贵绢丝昆虫——天蚕精子的超微结构及其在生殖管道中的变化

【摘要】 电镜观察结果表明,天蚕真核精子分成棒状头部和细线状尾部二部分,在睾丸中以精子束存在,核呈半圆形、大半圆形或椭圆形,鞭毛内部由线粒体衍生物和微管系统(轴丝)构成,微管系统由9根副微管、9根双微管和2根中央微管组成,属典型的9+9+2构型;顶体、核和鞭毛部质膜上均覆盖有片层外长物和网状外长物。无核精子细长,其头尾部形态差异不明显,在睾丸中也以精子束存在,鞭毛内部由线粒体衍生物和微管系统构成,微管系统亦属典型的9+9+2构型,质膜上无任何外长物。真核精子进入贮精囊、射精管后质膜上片层外长物消失,仅剩网状外长物,最后游离成单个精子。无核精子进入贮精囊和射精管后呈单个分散分布。在贮精囊和射精管腔内二种精子四周均分布有许多电子致密颗粒物,它们可能由附腺分泌而来。

【Abstract】 Observations under transmission electron microscope showed that the eupyrene sperm of the Japanese oak silkworm, Antheraea yamamai was divided into the head in club shape and the flagellum in line shape.In the test,eupyrene sperms existed as the bundle pattern.The nucleus had different shapes:semi circular,nearly circular and ellipse.The internal portion of the flagellum was composed of mitochondrial derivatives and the axoneme,the axoneme consisted of nine doublets,nine accessory tubules and two central tubules,which arranged as the 9+9+2 classical pattern.A single reticular appendage and many lacinate appendages were associated with plasma membranes of acrosome,nucleus and flagellum.The shape of the apyrene sperm of the silkworm was line,and there was no marked difference in the shape between the head and the flagellum.Apyrene sperms also appeared as the bundle pattern in the test.The flagellum was composed of mitochondrial derivatives and the axoneme,three kinds of microtubules in the axoneme were also present in the 9+9+2 pattern.On the plasma membrane of the apyrene sperm there was not any appendage.When eupyrene sperms were discharged into seminal vesicle and ejaculatory duct,only their single reticular appendages existed,and their many lacinate appendages disappeared,and at last the sperm dissociated as a single free pattern.All apyrene sperms dissociated as a single free pattern in both seminal vesicle and ejaculatory duct.Both eupyrene and apyrene sperms in seminal vesicle and ejaculatory duct were surrounded with many granules with high electron density,which may be secreted from accessory gland.
