【摘要】 扫描探针显微镜（ＳＰＭ）是纳米科学与技术领域中的强大工具。然而这些仪器大都原理新颖，操作复杂，价格昂贵，通常使用人员必须经过较长时间才能正确操作。本文介绍了一种计算机辅助教学（ＣＡＩ）软件——扫描探针显微镜教学演示软件。该软件将ＣＡＩ技术和ＳＰＭ技术结合在一起，主要运用文字说明，静态图像，三维动画，模拟仿真等方法，对ＳＰＭ的初学者进行ＳＰＭ的原理介绍和使用培训，可以大大缩短他们的学习时间，并能使其在较短的时间内对ＳＰＭ有一个较为深入和全面的了解。该软件可供大专院校作为实验教学使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 SPM is powerful tools in nanometer field, but these instruments almost are original, very expensive and they are always difficult to use for most beginners. Many users can operate them correctly only after a long time. Here a CAI software, SPM instruction software, is introduced. This software combines CAI technology with SPM technology and mainly uses methods of text explanation, three dimension animation as well as mathematical simulation to train the beginners of SPM. After using the software, the beginners can quickly get deep and whole knowledge of SPM. This software also can be used in experimental course of many universities.更多还原
