2.25Cr-1Mo钢焊接接头蠕变后焊缝中M6C碳化物的析出位向关系
The orientation relationship of M6C carbides precipitated from weld metal in a 2.25Cr\|1Mo steel welded joint after creep
【摘要】 本文用透射电镜研究了2.25Cr-1Mo 钢焊接接头蠕变后焊缝中的M6C碳化物。结果表明,高温长期蠕变促进了M6C的析出长大,从焊缝内析出的M6C与α-Fe 铁素体基体间存在N-W 位向关系,即:(111)M6C∥(110)α;[011)M6C∥[001]α。文中还讨论分析了其他两种取向关系:(111)M6C∥(110)α;[101]M6C∥[111]α及(111)M6C∥(110)α;[112]M6C∥[113]α,确认其为N-W 位向关系的两种变态表达方式。
【Abstract】 M\-6C carbides in weld metal of a 2 25Cr\|1Mo steel welded joint after creep have been studied by observation under H\|800 TEM.Results showed that during creep M\-6C carbides precipitated from weld metal had N\|W orientation relationship with ferrite: (111)\-\{M\-6C\}∥(110)\-α;\[011)\-\{M\-6C\}∥\[001\]\-α. The other two ORs, (111)\-\{M\-6C\}∥(110)\-α; \\-\{M\-6C\}∥\\-α and (111)\-\{M\-6C\}∥(110)\-α;\\-\{M\-6C\}∥\\-α, were confirmed as variations of N\|W orientation relationship.
