钛合金电子束焊缝金属微观结构的TEM观察
Investigation of microstructure of titanium alloy weld metals by TEM
【摘要】 本文对不同电子束扫描频率的 TC4 钛合金焊缝金属微观结构进行了透射电镜观察。研究结果表明,电子束扫描频率对钛合金焊缝金属微观结构有很大影响。电子束扫描作用在焊接凝固前沿的动压力以及焊接凝固过程的稳定性的综合作用,直接影响 TC4 钛合金焊缝金属微观结构及位错分布
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of electron beam scanning welding on the microstructures of TC\-4 alloy has been studied.Not only microstructures but also dislocation distribution in weld metals has been investigated by TEM.There are indications that the microstructures and dislocation distribution in TC\-4 alloy weld metals depend on synthetic effect of dynamic pressure of the front and stability of solidification process.
