基于视网膜血管模型的图像分割与血管提取
Based on Retinal Vessel Model to Segment the Image and to Detect the Vessels
【摘要】 观察和定量分析视网膜微循环网络是无损分析和诊断高血压、动脉硬化等心血管疾病的重要方法,而血管的提取则是微循环网络分析的第一步.本文采用非线性图像处理方法,对眼底图像进行去噪增强和分割、提取血管中心线,以便于对视网膜血管网络进行定量描述和定量分析.实验表明该方法能较好地从非荧光眼底图像中提取出视网膜血管网络.
【Abstract】 Extracting retinal vessels from the retinal image is important to the diagnosis of hypertension and arteriosclerosis in clinic. This paper presents a method which can segment retinal vessels effectively with a group of nonlinear image processing algorithms. The procedures of the whole operation are: 1 )Adaptive image enhancement with image’s statistic features.2)Adaptive image segment based on blood model. and 3)Extracting vessels’ centerlines via distance transform. The results of .experiment indicate that the method is really suited for non-fluorescence retinal image.
