层序地层动力成因研究的周期分析方法及其应用

【摘要】 本文尝试将时频分析技术与层序地层学原理相结合,进行陆相层序地层的周期分解,并通过与古气候和古构造的单成因周期对比,探讨不同级序层序地层的动力成因机理。该方法在辽河断陷盆地的应用结果表明,构造和古气候旋回对不同级序陆相层序地层的影响程度不等。小尺度(<1.19 Ma)的古气候和古构造变化具有相关性,两者共同决定层序体发育。Ⅲ级(4.2~8.5 Ma)古构造与古气候变化相对独立,幕式构造活动具有幔源特征,控制主要沉降期和沉降带分布;古气候变化与全球性气候变化相应,决定古植被类型和水体规模,层序结构来自两者的时序配置。古气候变化对陆相层序地层发育仍然具有重要影响。

【Abstract】 A new method has been put forward to analyze the dynamic mechanism of continental strata. The method is based on the comparable relationship between the rhythm of strata and the varieties of the paleo-climate or the tectonic episodes, in a simple nonlinear or para-linear geody-namic system. In the research, the technique of sequential frequency process has been used to discern geological periods in stratigraphic sequence, and the volcanic rhythm and the abundance of palaeobiocoenosis have been used to calculate the values of frequency in the tectonic and paleo-climate field. It is important that some special surfaces, of which the ages are known, are provided in unison when the operations are taken. As a result, it is suggested that there be four major cycles, 32. 2 Ma, 5. 93 Ma, 1. 78~1. 90 Ma and 1. 19 Ma, respectively in the Tertiary of the Liaohe rift. Meanwhile it is noted that tectonic activities are not always major factors forming the continental sequences. For a Ⅲ - 3 order sequence, a correlation between the varieties of tectonic and climatic waves has been found. In a Ⅲ -1 order sequence, the fluctuation of paleo-climate is independent of the changes of tectonic, and the tectonic activities decide the major subsidence periods and their distribution. On the other hand, the palaeoclimate and its varieties have controlled the types of vegetation and the scale of lake basins. So the scale of research objects must been paid enough attention to in discussing the dynamic mechanism of continental strata.
