【Abstract】 The pneumatic percussion rotary drilling is mainly operated in the area where liquid is hardly or not permitted to be used as the circular medium. While in the execution of the project " Draining Water from Songhuajiang River to Changchun" , blasting drill holes were drilled under the condition of large amount of water, extremely low temperature and complicated strata.
