不同施主掺杂的BaTiO3基PTC热敏陶瓷复合工艺的研究
The Study on Compostion Technology of BatiO 3-Based PTC Thermal Sensitized Ceramics Doped with Different Donor
【摘要】 设计了一种不同施主掺杂的ＢａＴｉＯ３基正温度系数（ＰＴＣ）热敏陶瓷的复合，论述了该复合陶瓷的工艺要点，得到了线性度为２％、线性温区宽度为１００℃的优质ＰＴＣ热敏陶瓷，并对结果进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The composition of BaTiO 3-based positive temperature coefficient(PTC)thermal sensitize ceramics doped with different donor has been designed.The author outlined the composite ceramics’s process gists,gained high quality PTC thermal sensitize ceramics with 2 % linear error and 100 ℃ linear temperature region.By the way the experiment results have been discussed.
