【摘要】 介绍了中国地震局“九五”重点项目中有关国家防震减灾中心技术系统建设的一些情况，包括卫星通信分中心， 计算机网络中心， 数字地震台网分中心， 地震前兆数据分中心， 地壳运动观测网络数据分中心及防震减灾指挥分中心的建设情况。对于这些分属不同“九五”重点项目的内容， 采取统一规划和设计， 集中建设和实施， 以保证系统能协同一致地完成地震应急响应和减灾的相关工作。通过实施这一建设项目， 将使我国的防震减灾信息系统达到一个新的水平， 为我国的防震减灾事业迈向２１ 世纪打下良好的技术基础更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces something about the construction of Information System of National Center for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation in China,which belongs to the major projects of the ninth five year planning of China Seismological Bureau and includes the construction of satellite communication subcenter,computer network subcenter,digital seismic network subcenter,earthquake precursor data processing subcenter,GPS subcenter and headquarter for earthquake disaster mitigation.For these jobs from different major projects,by planing and designing with centralized principle and constructing by integrated method make the system complete the related work of earthquake emergency and disaster mitigation in cooperative way.Carrying out this construction project will make the information system of earthquake disaster mitigation of China go up to a new level,and builds a good base for the work of earthquake disaster mitigation into the next century.更多还原
