【Abstract】 For applying regional industrial policies effectively and improving regional industrial structure, it is essential to understand the mechanism and relationships in the application of regional industrial policies. In the paper, the mechanism in the application of regional industrial policies during the reforming period in China is analyzed on a provincial scale, including the subjects and objects, the medium institutions, the means of application, the mechanism of synthetically controlling, the mechanism of dynamic harmonizing, and the mechanism of consultation and feedback. Based on theory analysis, a case study of Gansu province is undertaken to discuss how to apply the theory in practice, supplying theory support for constituting and implementing regional industrial policies according to the regional reality.更多还原
