【摘要】 采用地锦草水煎提取物和水醇提取物分别制备地锦片和地锦注射液并作相关质量检查，结果表明：地锦草粉、水煎浸膏、淀粉以１∶２∶２的比例所制的地锦片崩解时限为４ｍｉｎ，１０片均重３．０５ｇ，麻面率在２％以下，片子表面有小花斑；地锦草注射液的局部刺激指数＜１．４级，试验兔体温升高值＜０．５℃，３只体温升高总和为１．１℃，溶血试验、蛋白质和鞣质检查均为阴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water decoction and water ethanol extracts which were obtained from Euphorbia humifusa Wild were preparated for Dijin tablets and Dijin injection solution, and being conducted quality testing. The results showed that the crumble time of Dijin tablet was 4 min when the proportion of Dijincao powder, water decoction extract and starch was 1∶2∶2 ,and the mean weight of 10 tablets was 3 05 g. The rate of coarse face was under 2% ,but the tablet face had small colored spots.The local stimulate index of Dijin injection solution was under 1 4.The value rising temperature of every one of the rabbits was under 0 5℃, and the total value of the rising temperature of the rabbits was under 1 1℃,in addition, heamolysis test,protein and tannin testing were negative.更多还原
