【摘要】 应用不同剂量的He-Ne激光照射大鼠脊背正中脱毛皮肤,连续14d,观察不同时间T,B淋巴细胞数;淋巴细胞转化功能、胸腺、脾脏、骨髓细胞周期;脾细胞IL-2活性、IL-2Rα表达的变化。结果表明:18.53,21.18J/cm2的He-Ne激光对上述指标具有一定程度的促进作用;26.48,39.72J/cm2的He-Ne激光对上述指标具有一定程度的抑制作用

【Abstract】 Rats had been irradiated at the central molted backs with various dosages of He Ne laser for 14 days. T and B lymphocytes, lymphocyte transformation, cell cycles of thymus, spleen and bone marrow, IL 2 activity of spleen cells and IL 2R α expression at different irradiation periods were examined. The results indicated that the above indexes were enhanced by the irradiation at 18.53 J/cm 2 and 21.18 J/cm 2, respectively,whereas, they were suppressed by the irradiation at 26.48 J/cm 2 and 39.72 J/cm 2, respectively.
