【Abstract】 Two groups of chickens were vaccinated with oil emulsion inactivated vaccine made from pigeon PMV 1 SX strain and Newcastle disease virus (NDV) LaSota strain respectively .The antibodies titer reached peak at 21 d post immunization .the challenge tests using NDV virulent strain acted at 42 d post immunization,the protective rate (PR) of pigeon PMV 1 vaccine which resisted NDV was 77.3%, but the group vaccinated with NDV vaccine attained 99.69% PR.更多还原
