【摘要】 用多味中草药组方提取其有效成分，制成“菌态康”制剂。测定其对６ 种水产动物病原菌的最小抑菌浓度（ Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ）和最小杀菌浓度（ Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ），结果为： Ｉ型荧光假单胞菌的 Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ 为０．７８ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ、 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ 为 ３．１３μｇ／ｍ Ｌ，肠型点状气单胞菌的 Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ为 １．５６ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ、 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ为 ６．２５ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ，嗜水气单胞菌的 Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ为０．３９ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ、 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ为３．１３ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ，柱状屈桡杆菌的 Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ为 ０．７８μｇ／ｍ Ｌ、 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ为３．１３ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ，普通变形杆菌的 Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ为 １．５６ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ、 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ为 ６．２５μｇ／ｍ Ｌ，迟缓爱得华氏菌的 Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ 为 ０．２μｇ／ｍ Ｌ、 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ为１．５６ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ。 Ｍ Ｂ Ｃ／ Ｍ Ｉ Ｃ的比率在４～８ 之间。说明该制剂对这些病原菌有强烈的杀灭作用。在陕西、广东、江苏、宁夏、河南等地养渔场的中试试验表明，“菌态康”对防治水产动物的细菌性疾病有显著效果，同时，对病毒性疾病也具有一定的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juntai Kang",a new preparation of fish drμg is made from the effective components extracted from Chinese herbal medicines. The drμg has strongly bactericidal action against 6 strains of pathogenic bacteria of fish.For minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) Pseudomonas fluorescens was 0.78 μg/mL and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) was 3.13 μg/mL. MIC for Aeromonas punctata f. Intestinalis was 1.56 μg/mL and MBC was 6.25μg/mL. MIC For MIC Aeromonas hydrophila was 0.39 μg/mL and MBC was 3.13 μg/mL. MIC Fox Flexibacter calumnaris was 0.78 μg/mL and MBC was 3.13 μg/mL. MIC For Proteus vulgaris was 1.56 μg/mL and MBC was 6.25 μg/mL. For MIC Edwardsilla tarda was 0.2 μg/mL and MBC was 1.56 μg/mL.The MBC/MIC was 4~8.
