阀控密封铅酸蓄电池失效机理及检测

【摘要】 通过对阀控密封铅酸蓄电池失效机理的分析,及对蓄电池充放电曲线特征值的比较,开发了阀控密封铅酸蓄电池在线检测系统。该系统可应用于各种蓄电池组的性能检测,在线检测每节电池的电压,动态放电测量电池内阻及负载能力,静态测量电池容量,综合测量判定电池性能,并对失效电池予以显示及报警,也可对电池进行有效的活化维护。本系统具有远端通讯功能,可实现遥测、遥信、遥控功能,大大提高了通信、供电系统的可靠性和自动化程度。

【Abstract】 The online detecting system for VRLA was developed through the analysis of its failure mechanism and the comparison of the characteristic value of its charge/discharge curves. Used to detect the performance of various battery packs, the system can monitor the voltage of each cell in the battery pack, measure its internal resistance and load ability by dynamic discharge, and measure its capacity at static state thus to determine the properties of the battery. In addition to display the failure cell and give an alarm, the system can also provide effective activation and maintenance to the battery. It has the function of remote communication and is realizable for remote measurement, remote communication and remote control. Therefore, the reliability and the automation level of communication system and power supply system can be improved greatly.
