电器触点电接触热过程数学模拟
Simulation of Thermal Propagation for Electric Contact of Apparatus
【摘要】 本文涉及电器触点静态与动态电接触热传播的数学分析。通过对触点电位场及触点焦耳内热源的数学描述,建立了用数值分析法研究触点静态电接触热过程的数学模拟。以高斯热源模拟电弧对触头的热流输入,应用显热容法化移动热边界问题为“单相”非线性导热,建立了电触头电弧侵蚀热传播过程的显热容模型。
【Abstract】 A numerical analysis approach to calculate the thermal propagation of static and dynamic electric contact was given by deducing the potential field distribution and the Joule heat distribution in the bulk of contact.The input thermal source to the contacts due to arc was molded by the Gauss thermal source,the moving boundary problem was transformed into “single phase”nonlinear thermal conduct by applying the method of large heat capacity,therefore,the large heat capacity model for thermal propagation of contacts erosion by arcs was constructed.
