【Abstract】 From the point of view of governement administration, based on the survey of the present condition of local intelligent buildings, the existing problems and causes in intelligent buildings were presented. Combined with its characteristics and requirements and the local development plan, it was put forward that the administration must attach great importance to the management of intelligent buildings’ construction and its market and adopt the corresponding measures to guarantee the quality.更多还原
