【摘要】 本文应用RIP（放射免疫沉淀试验）,对云南2956份人血清进行鼠疫F₁抗体检测,结果表明,阳性检出率和阳性抗体几何平均滴度RIP均高于IHA（血凝试验）（P<0.005）,且IHA阳性者RIP无一阴性。被检人血清与正常人血清结合率比值（B/B_O）≥3可作为阳性反应标准,阳性滴度标准为l:80（SPA法）。人血清RIP诊断标准的提出,为诊断鼠疫病人和鼠疫免疫学研究提供了一种较为先进的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper detected 2 956 human serums with Radioimmuno precipitation (RIP) test, The results showed that the method RIP is higher than the method MA of the positive rate and the GMT of the positive antibody. ALL the positive serums with IHA, they are positivety with RIP, too. The combine rate(B/Bo) of the examine human serum and the normal human serum ≥3 maybe regard as a standard of the positive reaction. The standard of the positive titer is 1:80( SPA Method).更多还原
