【摘要】 对内蒙古临河市狼山乡先锋七队和民强六队地方性砷中毒流行区进行环境医学调查发现,该病区是饮用高砷水所致。病人的主要临床表现为掌跖过度角化和躯体皮肤色素异常斑。对人群进行健康损害指标检测,结果冷水刺激实验病人皮温恢复时间延长,不同病情的病人血丙酮酸、儿茶酚胺、ATP含量下降、发砷值升高,与对照组相比均有极显著性差异(P<O.001)。由此作者提出了饮水型地方性砷中毒病人健康损害的生化观察指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 We made a medical environmental investigation in Xianfeng seventh production team and Mingqiang production team in Langshan countryside Linhe city Neimenggo province and found :This place was endemic arsenic affected area caused by drinking high arsenic well water. Patients’major clinical manifectations are hyperkeratosis of the palms and soles and skin pigmentary changes on the trunk. Detetcting of the indexes of impairing people’ s health and found: the time of skin temperature returning to the normal after being cooled is prolonged in patients. Compared to the control, the concentrations of pyruvic acid in blood, concentrations of ATP and catecholamine in blood decrease, hair arsenic levels increase, and there is statistical significant difference ( P < 0.001 ). So we put forward health impairing biochemical indexes of endemic Ar-senism patients caused by drinking water.更多还原
