【摘要】 用纯化布氏菌素和旧菌素对布氏活菌苗免疫人群按同体双臂法测定免疫后1、3、6、9、12月5个不同时间的动态阳性率及反应强度比较。结果表明免疫后3个月为阳转高峰,6个月开始下降,12个月为0。两种菌素阳转率基本一致(P>0.05)无显著性差异,总符合率为84.0％,但纯化菌素反应强度明显小于旧菌素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comper with positive rate and reaction intensity of skin tests with purified brucellin(P. B.) and old brucellin (O.B.) on both arms vaccinated persons with attenuant brucella live vaccine after 1,3, 6, 9 and 12 months were reported in this paper. The result showed that the peak of positive rate was in third month, and began to decrease in sixth month, and disappear after 12 months. No significant statistical difference was discovered between P.B. and O.B. ( P >0.05). Total coincident rate is 84.0% , reaction intensity of P.B. is less than reaction intensity of O.B. .更多还原
