使用孔板式换热器的脉冲管制冷新流程
A New Pulse Tube Refrigeration Flow Using Perforated-plate Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 提出了一种新型的脉冲管制冷流程。在现有多级脉冲管流程的低温级用孔板式换热器代替使用铅球或磁性材料的回热器,这种换热器具有高效紧凑的特点,在低温下工作性能稳定,克服了制冷机在低温下受蓄冷材料热容变化影响的缺点,提高了系统的效率。并避免了由于使用磁性蓄冷材料对脉冲管制冷机应用的限制
【Abstract】 We bring forward a new pulse tube refrigeration flow, replacing the regenerator of magnetic material with perforated-plate heat exchanger. This king of heat exchanger has character of high efficiency and compactness. The work performance of the heat exchanger is steady. It overcome the disadvantage that the thermal capacity of magnetic regenerator material change in low temperature, improve the efficiency of the system and avoid the restriction of pulse tube refrigerator by using magnetic regenerator material.
