高频脉冲管热端调相机构阻力特性的实验研究

【摘要】 实验测量了脉冲管热端调相机构(气库+ 小孔或细管)在高频交变流动情况下的阻力特性,发现细管和小孔的流阻与速度成二次关系;细管或小孔前的压力波和质量流的相位差由热端结构和压缩机运行频率决定,该相位差不仅与热端中的抗性元件(气库和细管)有关,还与小孔或细管的流阻有关

【Abstract】 An experiment has been performed to investigate high frequency oscillating flow characteristics of phase adjuster (reservoir and orifice or capillary tube) used in pulse tube refrigerator. It was found that the phase difference between pressure and mass flow before an orifice or a tube is dependent on the structure of the phase adjuster. It is determined by the capacitance of the reservoir and the reactance of the capillary tube as well as by the resistance of the orifice or the capillary tube.The experiment also revealed that their flow resistance is in propertion with the square of the velocity.
