高温超导内禀结在毫米波的谐波混频

【摘要】 本文报道了Ｂｉ２Ｓｒ２ＣａＣｕ２Ｏ８＋ｘ内禀结在毫米波段的谐波混频，给出了谐波混频中直流偏置和本征功率与中频输出功率的关系曲线，并对实验结果作了初步讨论

【Abstract】 Abstract \ \ In this paper, we have reported the harmonic mixing in the millmeter waveband using Bi 2Sr 2CaCu 2O 8+ x intrinsic Josephson junctions. Up to 50th harmonic mixing in the 3mm waveband was observed at 69K. The dependence of the intermediate frequency output power on the bias current and the local oscillator power of the harmonic mixing were given. Some preliminary results were also discussed.
