铋系2212单晶插碘化合物的合成和输运性质研究
SYNTHESIS AND TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF IODINE INTERCALATION OF THE Bi2212 SINGLE CRYSTAL
【摘要】 本文对单晶性很好的Bi2Sr2CaCuO8 - x 进行了插碘,得到完好的插层晶体.尽管碘的插入导致晶胞在c 方向增长了约0 .35nm ,其电阻测量的结果与未插层单晶行为相似,只是Tc 略有下降,意味着CuO面内的载流子浓度没有明显的改变.
【Abstract】 Intercalation of iodine into single crystal specimen of Bi 2Sr 2CaCuO 8- x was synthesized, and perfect intercalation compound was obtained. Although the intercalation of iodine led to a expansion of the unit cell of 0.35nm, the result of resistivity measurement showed it is similar to the original crystal except that T c reduced a little, which suggested little change of carrier concentration in the CuO 2 plane.
