透平膨胀机新型切向小孔气体轴承稳定性的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE OF A NEW TYPE OF BEARINGS WITH HOLES OF TANGENTIAL SUPPLY FOR TURBOEXPANDERS
【摘要】 为减小应用于透平膨胀机普通切向小孔供气轴承的耗气量, 我们提出了一种新型切向小孔供气轴承, 即在原切向小孔供气轴承结构的基础上在两端面增加台阶。本文在对其动特性进行测试及分析的基础上, 得到了其最佳结构参数, 并且指出了各影响因素的重要程度。实验结果表明这种新型轴承的稳定性较原轴承有较大幅度的提高。
【Abstract】 In order to decrease the flow rate of traditional bearings with holes of tangential supply,a new type of bearings with holes of tangential supply based on the traditional ones has been invented.On the basis of measuring and analyzing the dynamic performance of the new type of bearings,the optimum structure of the bearings was obtained.At the same time,the significance of each structure size is evaluated,The experimental results show that the stability of the new type of bearings has improved in a large scale.
