层间压强对多层绝热性能的影响
EFFECT OF PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION IN MULTILAYERS ON INSULATION PERFORMANCE
【摘要】 采用毛细管间接测压法测量多层层间的压强, 对经不同处理过的高真空多层绝热材料进行了实验,测出了多层绝热结构的层间压强和对应的当量热导率,分析了处理方法对层间压强及绝热性能的影响, 并计算了动态及静态时层间残余气体导热量。
【Abstract】 The thermal performance of multilayer insulation was evaluated using a cylindrical calorimeter over temperature range 300~77K.The pressure distribution and temperature profile were measured.The influence of pretreatment technics of multilayer on pressure distribution and the thermal performance were analyzed.The theoretical estimation of residual gas heat flux was also discussed.
