航天用低温高压静密封的试验研究
HELIUM LEAK TESTING FOR STEADY SEAL UNDER THE CONDITION OF LOW-TEMPERATURE HIGH-PRESSURE
【摘要】 为了提高氢氧发动机静密封的可靠性,解决低温(20K)、高压(24MPa)、高真空(10-3Pa)环境中的静密封问题,设计了专用低温恒温器,用氦质谱检漏仪测定液氢温度下不同内压时试验法兰的密封性,取得了圆满成功。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the construction of an apparatus to test the heliumleak of a steady seal device, with a sensitivity of 0. 5 X 10 10 pa .m3/s using a mass spectrometer. The temperature of steady seal device was controlled to 20 K and the pressure inside thedevice was applied up to 24 MPa. The testing results are also presented in this paper.
