【Abstract】 MPEG audio Layer III compression algorithm is a high efficiency and Hi-Fi compression coding of digital audio specified by ISO11172-3 standard. Since the algorithm is high complexity and time consuming, implementation of the coding algorithm is considered, especially for the real time application.
