三元复合体系在多孔介质中的流变特性

【摘要】 进行了流变性实验和渗流实验,研究了三元复合体系(ASP)在孔隙介质中流动时的流变性,建立了描述三元复合体系在多孔介质中流动时的本构方程,分析了影响三元复合体系在多孔介质中流变性的因素,给出了三元复合体系流变参数沿渗流方向的变化规律.三元复合体系在多孔介质中表现出粘弹流体的流变特性,在中等剪切速率下,以粘滞流动为主,其粘性满足幂律模式;在较高剪切速率下,以弹性流动为主.在渗流过程中,幂指数基本为一常数,在岩心入口端,稠度系数下降幅度较大,随着渗流距离的增加,其下降趋势逐渐变缓.

【Abstract】 The experiments of rheological behavior of the alkali\|surfactant\|polymer (ASP) composite solution and fluid flow in porous media are carried out. A constitutive equation for expressing the flow behavior of ASP composite solution is developed. The factors affecting rheological behaviors of ASP system through porous media are analyzed, and variation of rheological behaviors along the percolation flow direction is given. The results show that behaviors of viscoelastic fluid are exhibited when ASP solution flows in porous media. Viscous flow is dominant in middle shear rate while elastic flow is dominant in high shear rate. In the process of seepage flow, power law index of ASP system varies very little and can be considered as a constant. The decrease of consistency coefficient in the inlet of core is larger than that in the other location of core. The variation of the coefficient gets smaller and smaller with increase of distance of seepage flow from the inlet of core.
