【Abstract】 An oriented isolated weight model, a statistical method for the orientation forecasting of the mineral resources target region, is proposed in this paper. In this model, the correlation between statistical units is defined to be the linear combinations of geological variables used for prediction, i.e., Y=Xd. The effect of the geological variables (such as the mineralization intensity, and the number and scale of the mineral deposits) on the evaluation of the orientations and the relative sizes of the target reference variables can be used for the determination of the weight coefficients (d) of various geological variables. In addition, the correlation (Y) between statistical units may also be applied to the evaluation of the mineral resources target region.更多还原
