【Abstract】 The basic topologies of drive circuit are analyzed. To overcome the disadvantage that many power supplies are necessary in inverter drive circuit, six-output high voltage 3- phase bridge driver IR2130 is intro- duced which need only one driver power supply. The hardware of inverter is simple and the reliability is in- creased. The application of IR2130 in inverter is studied.更多还原
