焊接变位机的位置模糊控制研究
Research on Position Fuzzy Control of Welding Position-Changer
【摘要】 采用工业控制计算机将模糊控制策略应用于焊接变位机的实时控制研究。针对单纯模糊控制器存在较大静差的问题,综合PID调节的优点,运用模糊逻辑设计了一种基于模糊规则的双模智能协调控制器。仿真和实验结果表明:系统具有满意的动、静态性能。
【Abstract】 This paper adopts the industrial control computer as the controler, and apply the fuzzy control tactics to the research on real time coned of welding position-changer. Aiming at the Problem of larger static ence of the pare fuzzy controller and synthesizing the strong points of PID regulation, the paper presents a kindof double fuzzy intelligent coordination controller based on the fuzzy coned rules by using the fuzzy logical design method.
