百叶窗煤粉浓缩器内气固两相流动的试验和数值模拟研究
Experiment and Numerical Simulation Study about Gas Solid Flow in the Louver Pulverized Coal Concentrator
【摘要】 利用成熟的湍流和颗粒计算模型计算了百叶窗煤粉浓缩器中气固两相流动,结合试验进行了大量分析研究,提出了许多气流与颗粒在百叶窗中运动特点及分离机理。计算与试验都显示出了很好的一致性。所得出的结论深入揭示了浓缩器中浓缩机理以及一般百叶窗分离器中的分离机理。
【Abstract】 The mature turbulence and particle trajectory models have been applied to calculate gas solid flow in the louver pulverized coal concentrator, and combining with experiment, a lot of analyse and research works were done in this paper. Simultaneously, plenty of gas and particle movement features and separation mechanisms in the louver were put forth. Comparison of the calculation results with the experiment reveals good agreement. The conclusions obtained by calculation and experiment in depth demonstrate concentration mechanism of concentrator and separtor mechanism of common louver separator.Figs 10 and refs 9.
