维生素C对黄瓜叶绿体膜脂过氧化的影响
Effects of vitamin C on peroxidization of chloroplast membrane lipid from cucumber
【摘要】 研究了外源维生素C对黄瓜叶绿体膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,黄瓜叶绿体内过量的维生素C导致了叶绿体膜的伤害,加剧了叶绿体膜脂过氧化程度,其原因可能是外源维生素C加快了叶绿体的电子传递速率,从而造成超氧物阴离子自由基的产生速率升高
【Abstract】 The influence of external vitamin C on chloroplast membrane lipid of cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L.) has been studied.The results have indicated that excessive vitamin C could make injury to chloroplast membrane,which cause the increase of peroxidization degree of chloroplast membrane lipid.It was probably due to the increase of the production rate of peroxidized anion free radicals caused by electron transporting rate of chloroplast induced by Vc.
