【摘要】 目的：探讨络泰粉针剂对大鼠急性心肌缺血的影响。方法：运用结扎大鼠冠脉左束支造成心肌缺血模型，研究络泰粉针剂对心肌缺血的保护作用。结果：络泰粉针剂能显著降低心肌梗塞范围，并降低心电图ＳＴ段及血浆ＣＫ、ＬＤＨ的数值。结论：络泰粉针剂有明显的抗心肌缺血及保护心肌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protecting effects of the powder-injection of LUOTAI against acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Methods:To tie the left coronary artery of rat to form myocardial ischemia model,then to observe the protecting effects of LUOTAI. Results:The drug significantly decreased the range of myocardial infarction.It also reduced the S-T phase of electrocardiogram, the levels of CK and LDH in serum.Conclusion:LUOTAI has a significant effect against myocardial ischemia and a protecting effect to myocardium.更多还原
