【摘要】 目的： 探索细胞因子在支气管哮喘炎症中的作用。方法： 应用Ｍｅｄｌｉｎｅ 系统检索资料，并进行综合评述。结果：ＩＬ－ ５、ＩＬ－ ４、ＩＬ－ ８ 是增强支气管哮喘炎症的重要细胞因子；而ＩＬ－１２、ＩＦＮ－ ｒ、ＩＬ－ １０ 则起抑制作用。结论：细胞因子调节在支气管哮喘中起着重要作用，进一步的研究结果将为该病的诊断和治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sum up the functions of cytokines in the inflammation of asthma. Method: Reviewing the related literatures from Medline. Results: IL-5, IL-4 and IL-8 can up-regulate the inflammation of asthma, and IL-12, IFN-γ and IL-10 can down-regulate it. Conclusion: The regulation of cytokines plays an important role in asthma. The results of further studies will benefit the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.更多还原
