【摘要】 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法：采用中医补肾健脾，益气活血的克障汤，辅以西药综合治疗。结果：本组共治疗再生障碍性贫血３０ 例，经２６ 个月治疗，总有效率８０％ 。结论：中西医结合治疗疗效明显优于单纯使用西药组，早期诊断、早期治疗和坚持长期治疗是本病早日康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficiency in the treatments of Aplastic Anemia by the combination of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medications. Methods: Reinforcing the kidney to strenthen the spleen; supplementing qi and activating blood circulation with the help of Western medications. Results: The Aplastic Anemia is a complex syndrome whose feature is marrow failure.Through the test and verification of clinical treatments,we understand that it is not so effective using the Western medications only. On the contrary the methods of combination the TCM and Western medications can prolong the patients’ lives,especially the chronic Aplastic Anemia. Conclusions: Medicating 30 cases Aplastic Anemia in ten more years with the time of treatments lasted 26 month, the total curative effect was 80%. It was more effective than using the Western medications only.We realize that the key of the question is the early diagnosis,treatments and medications for long time.更多还原
