【摘要】 目的：探讨改良Ｓｈｏｕｌｄｉｃｅ 法治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法：对４６ 例腹沟疝病人采用改良Ｓｈｏｕｌｄｉｃｅ 法治疗和随访６～１２ 个月。结果：术后无一例复发。结论：本法操作简单、效果可靠，复发率低，是目前治疗腹股沟疝的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the modified Shouldice operation in the repair of inguinal hernia. Methods: 46 patients with inguinal hernia were performed the modified Shouldice operation and then a follow-up survey was made for 6 to 12 months after the operation. Result: The curative effect is quite satisfied with no relapse after the operation. Conclusion: The introduced operation is a better way to repair the inguinal hernia at present, which is simple and reliable.更多还原
